1. The software does not detect the VMX v64, what to do?
Go to the preferences of your software, tab «Midi» and then refresh. If the software still does
not detect the VMX v64, close the software, disconnect / reconnect the VMX v64 then return on
your software and try to refresh the «Midi» tab again. If the problem still remains, contact us at

2. The key configuration does not suit me, how to change them?
With the software supplied with the VMX v64, you can configure the buttons as you see fit. To do
this, launch the software and then the tab «VMX upgrade», select «Check VMX v64 version.»
