When the selector is ON, turning the jog to the right will send a control change type message
with a 127 value. ; turning the jog to the left will send a control change type message with a 1
value.
When the selector is OFF, turning the jog will send data increment/decrement messages cor-
responding to the MIDI standart (this message will be 0xB0 0x60 (0x96+jog_number) for an
increment and 0xB0 0x61 (0x96+jog_number) for a decrement).
