When the selector is ON, buttons will be latch; pushing a button will invert the state of the
buttons and will send an opposite message type (0 will be sent if previous message sent was
127, 127 will be sent if previous value was 0). When the selector is OFF, each lines of the 4x16
buttons will be in radio mode : pushing a button will turn off all the others of the line; a type on
message (127) will be send by the pushed button.
