The special mode, with priority on the 3,4,5 modes fixes the 2x4 buttons blocks in radio mode.
Thus, the 4x16 buttons are in controlled latch. This permits to have access to 16 pages of 64
switches. Each button of the 2x4 blocks allows to access a «page» of buttons.
