Trouble shooting

methods as below:

Because it is a high definition video device, please use compatible high-
speed TC card with SDHC, C6 or C10 will be better.
● Appear "file error" when replay video or photos.

Check if there any dirt or fingerprint and use lens cloth to clear the camera
lens
● Black image when record sky or water scene
Big contrast scene will influence the automatic exposure function of camera,
you can adjust "EV" in menu setting to correct it.
● Color is not perfect in cloudy or outdoor light
Set the "white balance" function to adjust it
● Horizontal stripes interface
It is generated by the wrong setting in "light frequency", please set "50Hz" or
"60Hz" according the local power supply frequency.
● Crash
Press on "Reset" button to restart after crash
