THE CHINSTRAP MUST BE CLOSED WHEN YOU ARE ON THE ROAD!
Pour votre sécurité, une tension correcte de la jugulaire est
indispensable et évitera les risques de déchaussement du casque lors d'un
accident. Un réglage incorrect ou une mauvaise utilisation de la boucle
micrométrique pourrait entraîner la perte du casque avec des conséquences
graves pour votre santé. La jugulaire doit être bien serrée tout en restant
confortable.
Fermer la jugulaire en insérant la partie dentée dans le fermoir
rouge. Enfoncer la partie dentée jusqu'à ce que la jugulaire soit tendue. Pour
une fermeture optimale, assurez-vous que la partie dentée est insérée d'au
moins 3 dents dans le fermoir. Si la jugulaire vous serre excessivement ou, au
contraire, si le casque à tendance à se déchausser, il faut alors effectuer un
pré-réglage du brin souple de la jugulaire en glissant celui-ci dans la boucle
métallique et le passant afin de l'allonger ou le rétrécir. Pour ouvrir la jugulaire,
tirer la sangle afin de soulever la partie rouge du fermoir et retirer la partie
dentée (voir A).
Correct tension of the chinstrap is essential for your security: it will
prevent loosening risks in case of accident. Incorrect adjustment or wrong
use of the micrometric buckle can result in loss of the helmet, with major
consequences to your health. The chinstrap should be tense yet comfortable.
Close the chinstrap by inserting the toothed part in the red buckle.
Press the toothed part until the chinstrap is tense. For optimal closure, ensure
that the toothed part is inserted at least 3 teeth into the female buckle. If
the chinstrap clamps you excessively or, on the contrary, the helmet has a
tendency to become unsettled, it is necessary to perform a pre-setting of the
flexible strap of the chinstrap by sliding the strap of the chinstrap through the
loop components to lengthen or shorten it. To open the chinstrap, pull the
strap in order to lift the red part of the female buckle and remove the toothed
part (see A).
