The selector of the models Askoll energy Saving is set by the manufacturer on
the position marked by a dot and the letter P. This setting is suitable for 80% of all
one-family houses.
Should this performance be insufficient, progressively increase the set value.
Should this performance be excessive or should noise arise due to the speed of the
pumped fluid, progressively reduce the calibration.
Modify the performance of the circulator (head) by rotating the selector
potentiometer using a flat screwdriver, as given in the following table:
P- Proportional pressure control
The performance of the circulator are suitable for most of heating
plants in domestic buildings (approximately 80% of systems).
The circulator head is reduced at falling water demand and
increased at rising water demand.
The warning light (LED) is green.
c3 - constant pressure control (H=3m)
The circulator maintains a constant pressure, irrespective of
water demand.
The warning light (LED) is white.
c4 - constant pressure control (H=4m)
The circulator maintains a constant pressure, irrespective of
water demand.
The warning light (LED) is orange.
minimum performance control
the circulator works with minimum performance.
The maximum head is about 1.7 m with a flow rate of 0 l/h while
the total head is about 1.2 m with a flow rate of 1,000 l/h.
The warning light (LED) is blue.
maximum performance control
the circulator works with maximum performance.
circulator performance are equivalent to the performance of
a traditional circulator with a maximum head of 6 m.
The total head is about 4.9 m with a flow rate of 1,000 l/h
The warning light (LED) is blue.
4. maintenance
The circulator does not require any special maintenance during operation.
Motor bearings are lubricated by the pumped liquid.
