Demount the mounting plates again, and drill
the larger holes for the reinforcement tubes (if
required by the vehicle manufacturer), using a
drill of the same diameter as the outside diame-
ter of the little tube. [See Fig. 3.4]

Apply an anti-corrosive protection (zinc-spray,
Dinitrol,...) to the freshly made chassis perfora-
tions, and allow to dry.

•
Insert the reinforcement tubes into the chassis
(see Fig. 3.5), fit the mounting plates into cor-
rect position, and fasten the bolts through the
mounting plates and the chassis to the pre-
scribed torque (detail in annex). [See Fig. 3.6]
•
Terminate the fitting of the mounting plates. [See Fig. 3.7]
