1.8 Adjusting the horizontal position of the
rear wheels:
First, remove the wheels from the frame.
These can be easily removed at the touch
of a button (on the locking mechanism in
the centre) thanks to the quick-release
axles. Now use the 5mm hex key to
remove both screws on the top and
bottom of the mounting plates. Move the
mounting plates forwards or rearwards,
taking care to position them over the holes
provided for this purpose. The rear wheels
must now be reattached to the frame. To
reattach the rear wheels, press the button
on the locking mechanism and push the
wheel onto the axle. Make sure that the
rear wheels lock into position on the quick
release axle. If applicable, the parking
brake must now be adjusted, so that it is
still capable of reliably stopping the
rear wheel.
1.9 Adjusting the anti tip:
The anti tip is fixed with a spring clamp. By
pulling the washer, you can adjust the
height of the anti tip. When the desired
height is achieved, simply release the
adjustment lever.
Make sure, how-
ever, that the anti
tip audibly locks
into position in one
of the holes so that
it sits securely in
the fixture.

1.10 Adjusting the
angle of the backrest:
Remove the arm-
rests and rear heels
from both sides as
previously descri-
bed. Using the 5mm
hex key, loosen the screws which hold the
backrest to the frame. You can now adjust
the angle of the backrest
and then retighten the screws and
the nuts.

1.11 Adjusting the depth of the seat:

Remove the
armrests and rear
wheels from both sides as previously
described. Using the 5mm hex key, remove
both the lower screws on the support
which is also connected to the backrest.
You can then move the support horizon-
tally forwards or backwards, which in turn
changes the seat depth. Using the pre-drilled
holes in the frame tube, reinsert the screws
and retighten them.
1.12 Attaching the
cushion:
Press the cushion
into place on the
outer sides of the
wheelchair seat.
