To minimize your consumption and maximize your comfort, we suggest you use the scheduling system.
6.4.1 - What is a Scheduling System?
- A scheduling system is a system that operates your device in order to heat in comfort mode when you are
present and eco mode when you are absent or during the night. Flexible and easy to use, this system manages
the alternation between these two modes.
- There are several scheduling systems.
o Centralized external scheduling: you have a central unit that manages all devices. Your installer connects
your devices to this installation and enters the schedule hours corresponding to your lifestyle.
o Individual external scheduling: your device may host a scheduling card. You define the appropriate
schedule hours with your installer and insert the card in the back of the device. When programmed, your device
recognizes pilot line orders: Comfort / Comfort -1 / Comfort -2 / Eco.
For more information please consult your scheduler or energy manager's manual

7 - Load Shedding

Choose a load shedding device with a pilot wire or carrier current to cut-off heating devices (based on your
contract with your electricity provider). Indeed, a power output load shedding device may damage the devices'
thermostat.
During these periods, your device displays «Load shedding.» It then returns to its initial operating mode.

9 - Maintenance

To maintain your radiator's performance, approximately twice a year you must dust the lower and upper grilles
on the device with a vacuum or brush.
The device may be cleaned with a damp cloth; never use abrasive agents or solvents.
In polluted atmosphere, smudges may appear on the device's grilles. This is related to poor air quality. In this
case, it is advisable to check correct ventilation in the room (ventilation, air intake, etc.) and air quality. These
smudges do not qualify for guarantee replacement.
