3. Safety information

Risk of injury for children and persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental abilities (e.g. partially disa-
bled, elderly people with diminished physical and men-
tal abilities) or with a lack of experience and knowledge
(e.g. older children).
 Store the device and its accessories in a place beyond the
reach of children.
 This device may be used by children over the age of 8 and by
persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities or
with a lack of experience and/or knowledge if they are super-
vised or have been instructed in the safe use of the device
and have understood its potential dangers. Children must not
be allowed to play with the device. Cleaning and user main-
tenance may not be carried out by children, unless they are
aged 8 or over and are supervised.
 Children younger than 8 should be kept away from the device
and the mains cable.
Risk of suffocation through swallowing or inhaling small parts or
plastic wrap.
 Do not store any of the packaging material used (bags, poly-
styrene, etc.) within the reach of children.

 Only connect the device to a properly installed, earthed and
fused socket. The mains voltage must correspond to the tech-
nical data for the device.
 Before using the microwave oven for the first time and after
