5 Servicing
5.1 Diagnosis and faults
With complaints please check the following first:
•
The pump does not operate/function
•
(fault light shows red)
•
• Quantity of blown out air is reduced
• Abnormal temperature rise
The pump operates intermittently
•
only
The pump makes unusual/loud
•
noises
If the fault cannot be found/remedied, disconnect the pump from the mains supply and
•
contact your dealer or your customer service. With this, give the details of the compressor
(type plate/barcode => model, serial number and date of manufacture) and as detailed as
possible on the fault pattern.
Before remedying a possible fault please do NOT restart the pump. Do not
undertake any further independent attempts at repair! Repair work must be
carried out by specialist personnel.

Complaint
Please check the power supply

Check position of the Autostopper and

reposition – if required exchange diaphragm or
defect component
Are the pipelines and/or air distributor blocked
•
/stopped up?
Are the pipelines or the air outlet blocked?
•
Is the air filter clogged up and the pump
•
overheated?
● Is the pump possibly in contact with a resonant
body?
