4 Scheduled maintenance
•
The mains plug is to be pulled out before start of scheduled maintenance.
4.1 Filter cleaning once per quarter.
1)
Loosen the securing screw on the filter cover.
2)
Pull off/loosen the filter cover upwards.
3)
Remove the filter. Free the filter of dust. With heavy contamination of
the filter, clean using a neutral cleaner, subsequently wash out with
water and dry.
4)
Please also check whether dust or dirt is possibly blocking the air inlet
openings. Should this be the case, please clean these also.
5)
Insert the cleaned and dried filter again.
Replace and secure the filter cover.
Do not use benzene or thinners for filter cleaning as

this can lead to damage.
4.2 Regular checks
Is air flowing out of the outlet opening?
•

Do unusual noises and/or vibrations occur?
Is the temperature of the pump extremely hot?
•
Is the mains cable in order?
•

4.3 Exchange of the filter, the valve boxes and diaphragms
