9. Übergabe der Orthese

Dem Patienten bzw. den Eltern oder dem Pflegepersonal wurde bei der Übergabe der Orthese durch den Orthopädietechniker
auch die Gebrauchsanweisung für Patienten sowie der Orthesen-Servicepass ausgehändigt. Die Funktionen und die Handha-
bung der Orthese wurden mittels dieser Gebrauchsanweisung ausführlich erklärt. Tragen Sie den nächsten Wartungstermin in
den Orthesen-Servicepass ein.
When handing over the orthosis to the patient, parents or care team by the orthotist or qualified/trained expert, they also
received the instructions for use for patients as well as the orthosis service passport. The functions and handling of the ortho-
sis were explained in detail by means of these instructions for use. Enter the next maintenance appointment in the orthosis
service passport.
Lorsque l'orthèse a été remise par l'orthopédiste ou par un expert qualifié/formé, la notice d'utilisation pour les patients et le
passeport du service d'orthèse ont également été remis au patient, aux parents ou au personnel soignant. Les fonctions et la
manipulation de l'orthèse ont été expliquées en détail au moyen de la présente notice d'utilisation. Veuillez inscrire la date de
la prochaine maintenance dans le passeport du service d'orthèse.

personale di assistenza anche le istruzioni per l'uso per pazienti e il pass di servizio ortesico. Le funzioni e l'utilizzo dell'ortesi

El técnico ortopédico o un experto cualificado/capacitado ha entregado al paciente, a los padres o al personal sanitario las
instrucciones de uso para pacientes y el carné de mantenimiento de ortesis junto con la ortesis. Las funciones y el manejo de la
ortesis se explicaron en detalle en base a estas instrucciones de uso. Lleve el carné de mantenimiento de ortesis a su próxima
cita de mantenimiento.
Aan de patiënt resp. de ouders of het verzorgend personeel werd bij de overhandiging van de orthese door de orthopedisch
technicus of een gekwalificeerde/opgeleide expert ook de gebruiksaanwijzing voor patiënten en het orthese-servicepaspoort
overhandigd. De functies en het hanteren van de orthese werden door middel van deze gebruiksaanwijzing uitvoerig toegelicht.
Noteer de volgende onderhoudsafspraak in het orthese-servicepaspoort.
Da pasienten, foreldrene eller omsorgspersonen fikk ortosen av ortopediteknikeren eller en kvalifisert/utdannet ekspert, fikk
vedkommende også bruksanvisningen for pasienter og servicepasset for ortosen. Funksjonene til og håndteringen av ortosen er
blitt nøye forklart ved hjelp av denne bruksanvisningen. Noter neste vedlikeholdsdato på servicepasset for ortosen.
