Remedy
• arrange the goods in an orderly and uniform fashion
• respect the loading line
• leave a 30 mm clearance between the goods and the top shelf (Fig.17)
• introduce products already cooled at the required storage temperature
• load the cabinet so that the goods from a longer time is sold before the newly
• on bent shelves, always use retainers
What to avoid
DO NOT obstruct/impede the flow of cooled air
NEVER exceed the loading line
NEVER introduce heated products
NON obstruct the area in front of the cabinet (Fig.18)
DO NOT obstruct the inlet of cooled air with: goods, price tags, price holders,
decorations etc.

Arrange the goods without leaving empty spaces, to improve cabinet performance
The inflow of warm air into the cabinet is inevitable; if a thin layer of frost builds up due to
high humidity, keep the doors closed for 2 hours.
It is the Client's responsibility to ensure that all operations are carried out safely and in accor-
dance with the norms in force

19. Defrosting and water drainage

Belgrado 2 - London 3 comes with a simple-stop defrost system.

19. 1 Draining the water (Fig.23)

Cabinets with
Install a floor drain with a slight slope to avoid:
- unpleasant odours inside the cabinet
remote unit
- dispersion of cooled air
- malfunction of the cabinet due to moisture
Procedure
- install a suitable siphon between the drain and the connection to ground
- hermetically seal the area of drainage to ground.

periodically check that hydraulic connections are perfectly efficient, contacting a qualified
installer.

20. Demisting and anti-condensation

Fogging and condensation are eliminated by the heaters fitted in the cabinet.
An additional fan allows the front window to be demisted (Fig.15).

21. Lighting

Internal lighting of the unit is obtained through fluorescent bulbs.
On request, the fluorescent bulbs can be replaced with LEDs.
CAUTION! Accidental breakage of bulbs. Injury. Contamination of the goods.
- wear the envisioned PPE
- cut off power supply to the cabinet
- remove all goods
- clean as indicated in section 22.4
- remove any trace of glass from the goods
- reload the cabinet with goods cleaned thoroughly
- restore electrical power supply.
