Checking the line of the tubular section
Place the floor bearing (E) in the center of the lower fastening point.
Push the tubular section (A) through the middle between the ceiling
and floor bearings (fig. 22, D and E). Check whether the tubular sec-
E
tion is positioned exactly vertically with the spirit level (N).
If this is not already the case, you have to correct the bottom fasten-
ing point.
If the tubular section is too long and does not fit between the two
fastening plates, measure the exact room height again as described.
Check the fastenings of the tubular section flanges H and I.
Check the saw cut of the tubular section and saw the tube again if
necessary.

Mounting the floor bearing
Adjust the floor bearing (fig. 24, E) back to the center of the lower
fastening point. Turn the floor bearing so that the inlet stop pin (fig.
25, s) comes to rest along the later line of viewing of the TV set, that
is facing the wall as a rule.
Mark the necessary drilling points on the floor through the three
screw holes with a pencil or similar.
Drill the three holes and fasten the floor bearing with fastening ma-
terial suitable for the type of floor (fig. 24). In this example, fastening
to a concrete floor with plugs 8x40 and countersunk screws 5x60.
Mounting the tubular section
Depending on whether you want to lay the connecting cables along
the floor or the ceiling, insert the tubular section with the cut-out for
the cables (fig. 22, a) either in the bottom or the top.

Push the tubular section onto the floor bearing.
Push the bolt (J) down to the stop (fig. 26 and 27).
Screw the bolt tight on the side (fig. 28).
