MOUNT THE ELEVATING AND LOWERING HANDLE
AND THE TILTING HANDLE (FIG. 1)
Mount the evaluating handle(13) on the
shaft on the left hand size of the saw and fix
it by
MOUNT THE BLADE (FIG. 1, 2&3)
Remove the table insert (17) by removing the
eight Philips flat head screws.
Turn the elevating handle (13) (Fig 1) in the
counterclockwise direction to raise the blade
shaft to its highest position (Fig 3). Remove
the blade fixing nut by turning in a
counterclockwise direction, then pull the outer
flange form the shaft and the outer arbor.
Mount the blade (15) (be sure that the teeth
are facing downwards at the front side of the
saw. Replace the outer flange and re-lit the
blade fit the blade fixing bolt. Check that
MOUNT THE RIVING KNIFE (FIG. 4&5)
If in place, remove the table insert (17) by
removing the eight Philips flat head screws.
Insert the riving knife(20), so that the long
slots in the riving knife fit around the hexagon
socket head end screws(Fig 4). Adjust the
riving knjfe(20) so that the clearance between
riving knife(20) and blade (15) is between 2 to
5 mm (Fig. 5), then tighten and hexagon
socket
ASSEMBLE EXTENSION TABLE (FIG. 6&7)
Assembly will be easier if all bolts are fitted
before any bolts are fully tightened. Fit bolts
finger tight during assembly, fully tighten all
when assembly is complete.
Align the three holes of both left/right
extension tables (4&5) with the three holes in
the two wings of mind table (Fig. 6), use two
M6 nuts. Bolts and spring washers to lock the
two end holes & one M6x 16 bolt to fix the
middle hole.
Align the two holes of rear extension table
(18) and with two M6x 12 screw, flat washer,
spring washer and M6 nut secure the rear
extension table(18) to the main table (Fig. 7).

necessary, before remounting the table

Then mount the blade guard (7) (Fig. 5)
To mount support bars (23) to Extension
tables (4,5 &18) and body (1), use M6
screw, flat washer, spring washer and M6
nuts. Ensure the extension tables are in line
and surfaces are flush with the main table.
Fully tighten blots when all assembly is
complete, if fitting the machine to the leg
stand assemble
tightening the blots.
