Removal of Mechanism (Figure 12 - 17)
Step 1
Remove the lamp module assembly from the platform
mechanism (Figure 12).

Step 2
Disconnect the male quick connect on the lamp module
assembly (Figure 13).
Step 3
Adjust the pointer to the 45° mark (Figure 14), using the
adjustment screw (Figure 14).

Step 4
Remove the screw retainer (Figure 15).
Step 5
Loosen the adjustment screw clip until it stops.

Rotate the clamper to the side.

Step 7
Detach the adjustment mechanism from the housing
base.
Step 8
Lift up on the adjustment mechanism and angle down
through the opening with the adjustment screw first.
(Figure 16).

Remove the entire assembly (Figure 17).

Removal is easier if the mechanism is tilted
to 45º mark so that the side with the tilt arm
leads.
If transformer replacement is required after
installation. Customer will need to purchase a
transformer replacement kit.
