Checklist

On the basis of this checklist you can quickly and effortlessly deal with defects occurring in your whirl tub. Works connected
with the electric installation can only be performed by authorized experts in this fi eld. Before commencing electric works
you should switch off the whirltub from the power supply!
Defects

What you should do when ...
during whirl bathing foam appears?
— Immediately switch the Whirl system and Air-
Injection off! Drain and rinse the bathtub thoroughly.
Remember to use only appropriate additives for
bathing (the ones that do not foam and do not
contain oils)!
you do not use the whirltub or you are absent (e.g. you
are leaving for a holiday)?
— In fact you do not have to make any special steps.
Like in case of all electric devices it is recommend-
ed to switch the device off with the master switch.

Reason
Lack of the power voltage

injector by hand as far as possible, then use the nozzle key
to turn the Venturi unit/injector a further 45°! Position the
nozzle unit carefully in the inner threads of the nozzle
2
housing. Tighten as far as possible and secure.
Damaged parts can be replaced by quoting the pertinent
Ident. numbers with order.
Remedy
Switch on the initial protection and/or the
current trip device (FI)
Exchange of fuse by an expert
Please fi ll the bathtub above the jets level
Let the motor cool down
Restart the motor, i.e. stop the current infl ow for
approx. 1 minute
Please inform electrician or service
Cleaning the drain valve see point 16
Clean the jets
Getting ready to call the HOESCH customer service
centre
If removing defects by yourself has not been successful,
then before calling prepare the following information, so that
the customer service centre can fi nd a solution as quickly
as possible:
■ Product name/model signs
■ Article number
■ Factory number/serial number of the product (you will
fi nd it on the guarantee card, or on the control unit or on
the product itself)
