4 - INDIRECT VENTILATION
In case it is not possible to ventilate the premises directly,
use indirect ventilation with air taken from near by
premises, through suitable opening on the lower part of
the door.
This solution is only possible if:
• the near by premises are equipped with suitable direct
ventilation as envisioned in direct ventilation;
• the near by premises is not set-up as bedroom;
• the near by premises are not common parts of a building
and is not a room with risk of fire (e.g. a fuel storage, a
garage, etc.).
The near by premises have correct direct ventilation and
the air passage from one room to another is assured.

5 - FLUES EVACUATION
CONTROL DEVICE
This type of appliances (B11 BS) are equipped with a
device that, in case of flow of toxic fuel products into the
environment, automatically interrupts the arrival of gas to
the main burner.
The device automatically activates again upon every
heating cycle.
The ventilation of the near by premises is no longer
sufficient to guarantee suitable ventilation to the premises
in which the appliance is installed, for example, for the
installation of a flue (see same point in direct ventilation).
IMPORTANT! Should such device intervene consecutively
and repeatedly, we recommend switching off the appliance
and contacting an authorised after-sales Technical
Assistance Centre to check the correct evacuation of the
fumes and the conditions of the premises ventilation.
