Please read the instruction manual before starting up the Vario Cooker.
The instruction manual contains important information for operating and installing the appliance properly.
Always keep the documents accompanying the appliance close to hand and pass these on with the appli­
ance to any new owner.

Applications

Wet operation: For cooking, simmering, keeping warm.
Dry operation: Keeping warm or simmering food that is already heating in Gastronorm containers, e.g. Shish
kebab, goulash, ragout and sauces.
The primary use of the Vario Cooker is the preparation of pasta, dumplings/potato dumplings/bread dump­
lings, cooking beed, simmering braised meat, goulash, brisket of beef, beef roulade, keeping fried potatoes
and fried foods warm.
The Vario cooker can also be used to prepare sauerkraut, red cabbage, shish kebab, cooked crustaceans.
The Vario cooker can also be used to prepare soups/base stock, stews, raviolis, and to boil sausage.

The appliance has been manufactured in accordance with the VDE/GS and European standard (EN).
