■ AuToMATIC ModE
press and hold the button P3, situated on the electronic board, until the light dL1 is continuously illuminated,
release the button and wait for the desired amount of time for the length of the delay, then press P2 on the
board, dL1 will extinguish, the length of delay is set.
■ ShAREd PRoPERTy ModE
press and hold the button P3, situated on the electronic board, until the light dL1 is continuously illuminated,
release the button and wait for the desired amount of time for the length of the delay, then press P3 on the
board, dL1 will extinguish, the length of delay is set.
■ REMovINg ThE dELAy
hold down button P3 situated on the electronic board until dL1 extinguishes, approximately ten seconds. This will
re-establish the SEMI-AutOMAtIC mode.
> ExPLANATIoN oF FuNCTIoNINg ModES
■ SEMI-AUTOMATIC MODE
pressing once on the button of the remote control will open the gate (complete opening or pedestrian
opening). The gate will remain open until a new order is given to close by pressing again on the same button
on the remote control.
pressing for a second time on the button during opening will stop the gate.
pressing a third time will re-close the gate.
■ AUTOMATIC MODE
pressing once on the button of the remote control will open the gate (complete opening or pedestrian opening).
The gate is opened; the countdown of the timed delay begins.
This is the time during which the gate remains open before it automatically re-closes.
The cycle ends at one the gate has re-closed. The flashing light is extinguished.
Pressing for a second time on the button before the gate has fully opened stops the cycle.
pressing for the third time on the button re-closes the gate
Pressing the button during the timed delay interrupts the cycle, the gate will no longer close automatically.
A further press of the button will close the gate.
■ SHARED PROPERTY MODE

open before it automatically re-closes.

Pressing the button for a second time before the gate has completely opened has no effect.
Pressing the button before the gate has completely closed will stop and re-open the gate.
Pressing the button during the timed delay will restart the delay, prolonging the time before the automatic
closure.
