Check the engine oil level with the engine stopped and in a level position.
1. Open the oil maintenance cover.
2. Remove the oil filler cap.
3. Check the oil level. If it is below the upper limit, fill with the recommended oil
(see page 15) to the upper limit.
4. Reinstall the oil filler cap securely.
CAUTION:
Running the engine with insufficient oil can cause serious engine damage.
NOTE:
The Oil Alert system will automatically stop the engine before the oil level falls
below the safe limit. However, to avoid the inconvenience of an unexpected
shutdown, it is still advisable to visually inspect the oil level regularly.

2. Check the fuel level.
Check the fuel level gauge. Refill the fuel tank if the fuel level is low.
After refueling, tighten the fuel filler cap securely.
