4.2 CONTROLS ______________________________________________________________
A. Parking Brake – Used whenever the mower is left
unattended or as a service brake while transporting.
B. Throttle – Controls the speed of the engine. Push
lever forward to increase engine speed.
C. O.P.C. Lock-out – Prevents the O.P .C. lever from
being accidentally engaged. Push lever (C) forward,
then engage the O.P .C. bail (D).
D. O.P.C. Bail – The bail controls power to both the
reel and traction drive. The bail must be disengaged
to start the engine.
E. Engine Switch – The engine switch enables and
disables the ignition system. The engine switch must
be in the ON position for the engine to run. Turning
the engine switch to the OFF position stops the
engine.
