Do not use the system if any
component is damaged.
TECHNICAL HINTS
- The LGB Multi-Train System
supplies a constant voltage to
your track layout. Lights and
smoke generators in locomo-
tives and rolling stock can oper-
ate at all times, even when they
are standing. You can connect
other accessories, such as sig-
nal lights and switch lanterns,
directly to the tracks. However,
the power consumed by the
accessories reduces the power
available to your trains.
- Some electronic components,
including some older 5 volt car
lighting circuits, adversely affect
the operation of the Multi-Train
System. If problems occur,
remove the electronics and
replace the light bulbs with 24
volt bulbs or install the 55034
MTS Rolling Stock Decoder.
- Decoder-equipped locomotives
can be operated on a conven-
tionally powered layout. No mod-
ifications are necessary.
