• Do not use the device if it or the con-
necting cables are visibly damaged or
if the device itself has been dropped.
• When disconnecting the device from
the mains supply, always pull on the
plug rather than on the cable.
• Make sure that the mains cable does
not present a trip hazard. The con-
necting cable must not be trapped or
squashed.

4.5. Damage

• If the mains plug, cable or device is
damaged, remove the plug from the
power supply immediately.
