DEFROST COOKING

A. Defrost By Weight
1) Press "DEFROST AUTO/TIME" once to choose defrost by
weight function "0.0" will flash and "lb" indicator will flash;
2) Press number keys from 0 to 9 to input the derfost weight.
For example: the food weight is 1.2 Lbs then "1","2" will be
inputted. The maximum cooking weight is 6.0 Lbs. If the
weight input is more than 6.0 Lbs the unit will turn back to
waiting states.
3) Press "START/PAUSE" to start defrosting "lb" indicator will
be off.

DEFROST BY TIME

1) Press "DEFROST AUTO/TIME" twice to choose defrost by
time. Function "0:00" flash and defrost indicator will light;
2) Press number keys from 0 to 9 to input the derfost time.
The maximum time that can be inputted is 99 minutes and
99 seconds.
3) Press "START/PAUSE" to start defrosting.
Note: If half the defrost time passes, the buzzer will sound
twice to remind you to turn the food over.

Additional Instructions
Wash thoroughly. Place a little salt and oil on the fish. Cover
with lid or vented plastic wrap.Cover the film before cooking
and leave a spacing near the edge of the container in order
to let the steam out.

and cover with a lid or vented plastic wrap.Do not salt/butter
vegetables until cooking has finished.

MEMORY FUNCTION

1) Press "MEMORY" to choose the memory function. There
are 3 procedures. 1,2,3 will display.
2) If a procedure has been set press "START/PAUSE" to use
it. If not, continue to set the procedure. Only one or two
stages can be set.
3) After finishing the setting, press "MEMORY" to save the
procedure and turn back to the waiting state. If
"START/PAUSE" is pressed the procedure can be saved
and will operate the setting.
Example: Save one program as memory 2. To cook the food
with 80% microwave power for 3 minutes and 20 seconds.
Do the following:
a. In waiting state press "MEMORY" twice "2" displays.
b. Press "COOK TIME/+30SEC."
c. Press number keys "3","2","0" to choose the cooking time.
d. Press "POWER LEVEL"once, then press "8" to choose
80% microwave power.
d. Press "MEMORY" to save the current setting. If
"START/PAUSE" is pressed the cooking program can be
operated and saved as memory 2.
e. To run the saved program in waiting state press
"MEMORY" twice "2" displays and press "START/PAUSE"
to run the saved cooking program. Note:(1) Memory
programs can be set in the preset function. If the preset
program is set in the memory setting it will be memorized
but not the preset time.(2) Auto menu cannot be set as
memory cooking.
