9 Maintenance and cleaning
Electric shock
Dangerous voltage due to defective cables.
• Check all live cables and connections for proper installation.
• Replace any damaged, deformed or worn parts.
NOTE
• The maintenance intervals given are standard values and refer to single-shift operation.
• Maintenance and cleaning work may only be carried out by qualified and trained specialists.
• Always wear your personal protective clothing when performing maintenance and cleaning work.
9.1 Daily maintenance
Visually check if
1 the device or parts are damaged.
2 the cable connection is not damaged mechanically.
9.2 Monthly maintenance
Visually check if
1 the filter is tight (trails of dust)
2 the function of the minimum air volume flow control.
9.3 Yearly maintenance
Visually check if
1 there are dust deposits in the turbine area. Remove the dust if necessary.
NOTE
We recommend to record the annual inspection. The date of the inspection, the detected defects and the
name of the inspector must be recorded.
