Changing the springs
Turn the micro kickboard round (A), and loosen the small screw (B). Swivel the loosened stub axle out with the wheel (8). Push the other wheel
inwards and hold it firmly in this position (C). Loosen the adjustable nut with your other hand and remove all parts of the left steering damping
(track rod, slide bush rubber bush, spring guide bush, spring, adjusting nut M10 x 1, O-ring ) (D) The new parts are assembled in the reverse
order. You must then tighten the unit with at least two turns of the screw. It is essential to use new O-rings. The parts on the other side of the steering
damping are changed using the same procedure. All parts must be cleaned before assembly and, if necessary lightly oiled with a standard
lubricating oil.
Attention: For wheels larger than 120 mm, the two PU rubber bushes must be replaced with wider, red ones.
The adjusting screw must be set so that the wheel does not touch the frame at full lock.
