Problem

Possible causes
Volume setting on the hearing
amplifier is too low.
Battery is almost empty.
Earplug is dirty.
Microphone is dirty.
Battery is not properly connected
to the hearing amplifier.
The integrated speaker may be
damaged.
Solution
Increase the volume as described in section 7.
Replace the battery and charge the empty
battery in the storage box with charging func-
tion as described in section 6.
Pull off the earplug and remove coarse im-
purities from the earplug and front end of
the tube with the cleaning brush. Then clean
the earplug under running water.
Clean the microphone opening carefully with
the cleaning brush.
Check whether the battery is properly con-
nected to the hearing amplifier.
