Dust extraction

Always use a suitable dust extraction system:
Connect an M-class vacuum cleaner to the
extractor connection piece (9).
For optimal dust extraction, use the connecting
sleeve #66218. See Image B (9)
WOLFF recommend:
Wet-dry vacuum cleaner Starvac #60800
We recommend using an antistatic suction
hose Ø 35 mm.
Before plugging in, check to see that the rated
mains voltage and mains frequency, as stated
on the rating label, match with your power
supply.
Always install an RCD with a max. trip current
of 30 mA upstream.
7. Attaching the accessory
Prior to any conversion work: Pull the mains
plug from the socket. The machine must be
switched off and the spindle at a standstill.
7.1 Locking the spindle
Press in the spindle locking knob (11) only when
the spindle is stationary!
- Press in the spindle locking button (11) and
turn the spindle (5) by hand until the spindle
locking button engages.
7.2 Fitting/removing the diamond cup wheel
See illustration C on page 2.
To fit:
- Fit the support flange (1) on the spindle (5). The
flange should not turn on the locked spindle
when
properly attached.
- According to table F the matching
Place the spacer ring.
- Lay the diamond disc (2) on the washers
so (2) that it lies flat along the washers.
- According to the selection table F the
(4) select us as in the
Images D and E shown.
- Lock the spindle (see chapter 7.1). Turn the
clamping nut (4) clockwise using the 2-hole
spanner (6) to secure.
Removal:
- Lock the spindle (see chapter 7.1). Turn the
clamping nut (4) anticlockwise using the 2-hole
spanner (6) to unscrew
