PROCEDURE FOR DISASSEMBLY AND REASSEMBLY
MODEL RAS-25WX8, RAS-35WX8
1. Front Panel
(1) Please remove and attach the front panel by both hands.

(2) To remove the front panel, slide the front panel loking
mechanisms (left and right) toward the directions as
indicated by arrows in the illustration, until you hear a
clicking sound.

(3) Remove the front panel by pulling it toward you.
(4) After opening the front panel by both hands.
Undo the right arm while pushing it inside.
Slide the front panel to right as shown in figure.
Then remove while pulling it to front.

2. Front Cover
(1) Open the electrical cover. Disconnect the wire connector.
(2) Remove the filters.
(3) After removing two screws, pull the center of the front
cover towards you and release the claws.
(4) Pull the side faces (lower sections) of the front cover
towards you as shown in the figure and remove the cover.

3. Control Board Assembly
(1) Take out electrical assembly cover by push the hook.
(2) Disconnect each lead wires and the scre
wire to electrical box.
(3) Remove the scre
gutter.
(4) Pull forward the bottom portion of electrical assembly
and take out.
