NOTES!
The supplied battery (C) is only partial-
ly charged. Before initial use, fully
charge battery. Please ensure that the
charging procedure is performed at
room temperature. This is the only way
to ensure a long battery life.
A significantly decreased runtime in
spite of charging indicates that the
battery is dead and must be replaced.
Use only original Li-Ion batteries, which
you can purchase from manufacturer's
customer service.
Charger and battery can heat up dur-
ing charging. This is normal and not a
sign of a technical defect.
The supplied Lithium-Ion battery can
be charged at any time, regardless of
charge state. Premature interruption of
charging does not cause damage to
the battery. A protective circuit on the
battery prevents depth discharge of
battery.

6.1 Charging procedure

Remove battery (C) from packaging.
Insert the battery into the charging sta-

tion as shown and plug the power cord
of the charging station into the power
outlet. All 3 LED status indicators are lit
up for 2 seconds and then go out.
The charging procedure begins when the
LED status indicators flash alternately.
Indicator statuses:
Less than 30% charged. All 3 status
indicators flash alternately.
Less than 60% charged.
1 status indicator is lit up continuously,
2 status indicators flash alternately.
More than 60% charged. 2 status indi-
cators are lit up continuously, 1 status indica-
tor flashes alternately.
100% charged. 3 status indicators are
lit up continuously.
Overheated battery. 3 status indicators
flash simultaneously.
NOTE! Remove the battery and allow
this to cool down for approx. 15-30 min.
The charging temperature range is between
0°C and max. 45°C.
Once the battery has reached its operating
temperature again, insert this back into the
charging station.
Faulty battery. 2 status indicators flash
simultaneously.
NOTE! If the indication shown above
appears when the battery is re-inserted into
the charging station, this means a fault is
present.
ATTENTION! DEVICE PROTECTION!
In the event of a fault, an inspection
must be performed immediately by the
customer service team of the manufac-
turer.h.
Following a successful charging proce-

dure, first remove the battery from the
charging station. Then disconnect the
charging station plug from the power
outlet.
