Directions for use
Over the wire / Rapid Exchangesystems
Insert a guide wire insertion tool through the hemostatic valve.
2. Carefully insert the distal tip of the guide wire through the insertion tool into the introducer
sheath or guiding catheter.
3. Remove the insertiontool bywithdrawingit overthe proximalendof theguidewire.

with all reasonablecare. The warningscontained in Invatec'sinstructions for use are expressly to be
considered asan integralpartof this provision.Invatecwarranties the productuntilthe expirydate'indicated
on the same.Thewarrantyisvalid providedthat the use of the productwasconsistent w ith the instructions
for use. Invatecdisclaimsany warrantyof merchantability o r fitnessfor a particularpurposeof the product.
Invatecis not liable for any direct, indirect, incidentalor consequential d amagescaused by the product.
Except i n the caseOffraudor gravefault on the Invatec•s p art, compensation Ofany damageto the buyerwill
not, in any event, be greater than the invoice price Of the disputed products. The guarantee contained in this
provisionincorporatesand substitutes the legal guaranteesfor defectsand compliance,and excludes any
otherpossibleliabilityOfInvatec,however o riginating,from hisproductsupplied.Theselimitationsof liability
and warrantyore not intendedto contravene any mandatoryprovisions Oflaw applicable.If any clauseOfthe
disclaimeris considered by a competent c ourt to be invalidor to be in conflictwith the applicablelaw, the
remaining part of it shall not be affected and remain in full force and effect. The invalid clause shall be
substituted by a valid clausewhichbestreflectsInvatec'slegitimateinterestin limitingits liabilityor warranty.
No person has any authority to bind Invatec to any warranty or liability regarding the product.
