CAUTION

6. Start-up
Remove the packaging
Check the device, power supply and cables for damage.
Connect the power supply plug to the massage device.
Route the cable safely so that there is no risk of anyone tripping over it.
7. Operation
Press the massager carefully against the part of the body that you wish to massage.
Stop the massage or change your position or the contact pressure if you find it is painful or unpleasant.
Do not trap or force any part of your body, in particular your fingers, between the rotating massage rollers.
Switch on the massager using the sliding switch. The massage rollers start to rotate. You can choose between
high and low speed. To switch off the device, push the sliding switch into the 0 position.
Note
can over-stimulate the muscles and cause tension instead of relaxation.
