Always ensure that the tool is switched off and unplugged from the
power supply, and wait until the blades have come to a complete
standstill before installing or adjusting the rebate depth gauge.

Loosen the knob and position the
depth guide to the desired rebating
depth and re-tighten the knob.
Attach the rebate depth guide to the
planer by using the depth guide knob.
For an optimal dust extraction you
can fit the dust extraction bag
supplied. To do so, slide the dust
extraction bag into the dust outlet.
Secure the dust extraction bag by
rotating it. The dust bag can be
connected to the outlet on either the
left or right by using the dust outlet
change lever.
Convenient feature on the tool is the
spanner storage.
For use, just take the spanner out of
the tool.
For storage, insert the spanner into
the hole.

The tool is equipped with a lock-off button to avoid unintentional starting.

Before plugging the tool into the power point always checks that the
trigger switch and lock-off button work properly.

To switch on, depress the lock-off
button and squeeze the trigger
switch.
To switch off, release the trigger
switch.
Blades can be reversed when blunt.
After both sides of the blades have
been used they should be replaced.
NOTE: These blades cannot be re-
sharpened.
1. Using the spanner supplied, loosen all
the clamping screws.
2. Slide out the blade. Clean out all chips
or foreign matter adhering to the
cutter block and the blade.
3. Either turn over the planer blade or
replace it if required.
4. Slide the good blade face up into the
blade retainer of the cutter block. The
ridge along the blade should be on the
opposite side to the clamping screws.
