useful hint: Gather t hecut pasta coming frombelowthe machine usingyourhand or a suitable oblong
object s uch asthehandle ofa cooking spoon, to ensure t heyremain straight ( 10).
Notice:Whilecuttingthe pasta,make surethat no residues o f doughremainbetween the rollers. U se
asuitable object, s uch asa skewer, to remove a nysuch residues (11).
