Checking the oil level

Check oil level weekly and after
transport.
Place the machine on a flat
N
horizontal surface
it must be between the "min" and
N
"max" marks
If necessary, add oil – see "Oil
N

Oil change

First oil change after 50 hours of
operation, then every six months or
every 500 hours of operation.
Let the machine warm up

Fold out shroud

Open lock (1) on both sides –
N

Fold out shroud (2)

Drain oil

Unscrew the oil drain plug (3)
N
Drain oil into a suitable container
N
(1 liter capacity at least)
Waste oil must be disposed of in
N
accordance with the statutory
regulations.
Clean oil drain plug with a cloth to
N
remove any metal chips
Refit the oil drain plug
N
Fill with oil

Remove expansion tank cover
N
Fill new oil into the expansion tank –
N

Close cover
N
Close shroud and check oil level,
N
add more oil if necessary
