Mounting and
operating instructions
The administrator (own administrator password in SensoConfig on PC) sets sensor parameters on the PC using the
SensoConifg module and stipulates whether the following settings are to be active during runtime:
1. "image update in run mode = active" : images are to be transmitted (for later visualisation on
the Viewer).
2. "recorder active" : for saving e.g. error images which can then be read on the Viewer.
3. It also possible to define configuration sets for other parts to be inspected and save them
on the CE Viewer (USB memory stick) under the path: ...\Sensor\Sensor_Upload. These
predefined configuration sets can then be loaded on to the sensor from the CE Viewer by the
operator, when the new part is ready to be inspected.

Data input on device
The Viewer is equipped with a touch-screen so that all functions can be carried out via touch-control. An on-screen
keyboard can also be called up e.g. for password entry.
A mouse and/or USB keyboard can also be connected to the USB port.
A USB memory stick can be used e.g. to load configuration sets from a PC on to the Viewer for configuration upload.
