Tol. Bei großen Farbunterschieden ist eine hohe Toleranzstufe sinnvoll, bei kleinen
(3 s) Farbunterschieden eine kleine Toleranzstufe.

Hinweis zur Toleranzstufenfestlegung:
Nachdem ein Objekt z. B. mit Tol. 2 eingelernt wurde, dieses Objekt innerhalb der in der Anwen-
dung auftretenden Entfernungs- oder Positionsunterschiede manuell bewegen, und anhand des
Aufleuchtens der gelben LED des zugehörigen Ausgangskanals die einwandfreie Funktion prüfen.
Wird ein Objekt nicht sicher erkannt, nächsthöhere Toleranzstufe wählen. Durch Wiederholen
dieses Vorgangs kann so die optimale Toleranzstufe ermittelt werden.

Orientierungshilfe ist die grüne LED. Leuchtet die
grüne LED nicht, so ist die Toleranzstufe zu klein,
sie muss so lange erhöht werden bis die grüne LED
leuchtet.
Wiedereinschalten durch erneute Programmierung.
5.Complete setting mode
Remark regarding the definition of tolerance levels:
After an object has been taught-in, e.g. with tol. 2, move this object manually within the range of
distances or positions occurring in the application, and check the perfect function from of the light-
ing-up of the yellow LED of the assigned output channel.
If an object is not detected reliably, select the tolerance level one higher. By repeating this proce-
dure, the optimum tolerance level can be determined.

Le canal sélectionné est indiqué par LED jaune. Ne pas sélectionner le réglage

3.Valider le canal
Valider le canal de la couleur choici avec la touche SET (appuyer pendant
≥ 3 s) >> les LED's verte et rouge (du milieu) s'allumment.
Réglage usine = tol. 3 / pour type X01 = tol. 5 le graphique montre le réglage usine.
En présence de grandes différences de couleurs, il est souhaitable de travailler
avec une grande échelle de tolérance, pour des différences de couleurs minimes,
avec une petite échelle de tolérance.
4.Sélectionner le niveau de tolérance
Sélectionner un des 5 niveaux de tolérance à l'aide de la touche

5.Terminer le mode réglage
Appuyer sur la touche SET pendant ≥ 3 s pour confirmer la sélection de tolé-
rance. >> Le capteur est prêt à fonctionner (LED verte est allumée et éventuelle-
ment aussi le canal ChX appris).
Régler les 3 canaux l'un après l'autre de cette manière.
Remarque conc. la détermination du niveau de tolérance:
Après avoir analysé un objet avec p.ex. Tol. 2, déplacer cet objet manuellement dans la plage des
différentes distances et positions nécessaires de l'application. Vérifiez ensuite le bon fonctionne-
ment de la détection au moyen de la LED du canal de sortie attribué s'allumant jaune.Si un objet
n'est pas détecté de manière fiable, choisir le niveau de tolérance immédiatement supérieur. En
répétant cette procédure, on peut déterminer le meilleur niveau de tolérance.
