Avant la première utilisation
Merci de noter qu'une manipulation incorrecte avec
l'électricité peut être mortelle. C'est pourquoi il est
nécessaire de lire les consignes de sécurité page 6 et les
mesures de sécurité sur les pages suivantes :
• Prenez soin que les enfants n'aient pas la possibilité
de jouer avec la machine à coudre !
• L'aiguille qui bouge est une source de danger ;
Ne la touchez pas !
• Toute manipulation autour de l'aiguille, du pied de
biche ou de plaque à aiguille ne peut être effectuée
que lorsque la machine est éteinte (interrupteur sur la
position « O »).
• Installez et retirez la bobine uniquement lorsque
la machine est éteinte (interrupteur sur la position «
O »).
• Tout particulièrement la mise en place correcte de
la canette et du fil inférieur ainsi que l'enfilage du fil
supérieur sont élémentaires pour que puissiez coudre
sans problème. Soyez très prudent et procédez
comme décrit ci-dessous étape par étape.
Préparation de la machine
La boîte à accessoires se trouve dans le plateau cou-
lissant. Vous pouvez retirer le plateau coulissant en
le déplaçant vers la gauche. Vous trouverez dedans la
fixation pour la plaque des points. Installez la fixation sur
le côté dans la poignée de la machine et placez la plaque
des points dans la fente de la fixation.

Please note that improper handling of electrical currents
can be lethal. Therefore, please read the safety meas-
ures on page 8 and the following safety precautions:
• Make sure that children do not get the opportunity to
play with the sewing machine!
• The moving needle is a safety hazard, do not touch!
• Manipulations in the movement area of the needle,
the foot and the needle plate cover must only be per-
formed while the machine is switched off (set power
switch to „O").
• Only remove and replace the thread spool while the
appliance is switched off (set power switch to „O").
• Especially the correct inserting of the bobbin and the
bobbin thread as well as threading the upper thread
are crucial for smooth sewing. Please pay special
attention to this and proceed step-by-step, as de-
scribed.
Making the appliance operational
The accessory box can be found in the extension table.
You can pull the extension table off to the left. In it, you
can find the clip for the stitch pattern plate. Push the clip
into the appliance handle sideways and push the plate
into the slot of the clip.

Houd u er rekening mee dat oneigenlijk gebruik van
elektriciteit dodelijk kan zijn. Lees daarom de veiligheids-
voorschriften op pagina 10 en de volgende veiligheids-
maatregelen:
• Let erop dat kinderen niet met
de naaimachine kunnen spelen!
• De bewegende naald is gevaarlijk, niet aanraken!
• Wijzigingen in het bereik van de beweging van de
naald, naaivoet of de naaldplaat mogen alleen met
de machine uitgeschakeld (hoofdschakelaar op „O")
worden uitgevoerd.
• Het verwijderen en opnieuw plaatsen van de spoel
mag alleen als het apparaat is uitgeschakeld (hoofd-
schakelaar op „O" zetten).
• Vooral de juiste plaatsing van de spoeltjes en de
onderdraad alsmede het inrijgen van de bovendraad
zijn belangrijk om probleemloos te kunnen naaien. Ga
zorgvuldig te werken en voer stap voor stap uit zoals
beschreven.
Apparaat klaar maken voor gebruik
In de aanschuiftafel bevindt zich de accessoirebox. U
kunt de aanschuiftafel naar links wegschuiven. Daarin
vindt u de bevestiging voor het steekkeuzepaneel. Steek
de bevestiging zijdelings in de houder van het apparaat
en plaats het paneel in de sleuf van de bevestiging.
