VL12LA / VL06LA – BATTERY CHARGER FOR LEAD ACID BATTERIES

Thank you for buying the VL12LA / VL06LA! Please read the manual thoroughly before bringing this device into
service. If the device was damaged in transit, don't install or use it and contact your dealer.
2. Operation
Model VL12LA for 12V lead batteries.
Model VL06LA for 6V lead batteries.
This charger is specifically designed for charging lead batteries.
1) Connect the charger to the lead battery and check the polarity.
2) Plug the charger into a standard household AC outlet. The charging starts and the LED indicator will light up.
3) When the battery is charged, the charger will automatically switch to the trickle charge mode, illustrated by the
flashing charging indicator.
4) Disconnect the unit when the charging is finished and disconnect the battery. Never disconnect the battery
connector by pulling the wires!
5) Once the charger is disconnected from the AC outlet or the battery is disconnected from the charger, the latter will
be reset automatically. The user can start charging another battery immediately by resuming the above-
mentioned steps.
