CODE POSSIBLE CAUSE
1 Unloader valve does not release pressure when air tank
reaches blow-off pressure
2 Fittings are not tight
3 Defective unloader valve

Troubleshooting Codes

POSSIBLE SOLUTION
Unloader valve must be replaced. Contact an EMGLO fac-
tory service center or an EMGLO authorized service center.
Tighten fittings where air can be heard escaping. Check fit-
tings with soapy water solution. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.
Turn off motor, rotate manual lock unloader lever to the closed
perpendicular position. If air leaks out of air tank through
unloader valve, replace unloader valve.
