ASSEMBLY

UNPACKING
This product requires assembly.
 Carefully remove the product and any accessories from
the box. Make sure that all items listed in the Loose Parts
List are included.
WARNING:
Do not use this product if any parts on the Loose
Parts List are already assembled to your product
when you unpack it. Parts on this list are not
assembled to the product by the manufacturer and
require customer installation. Use of a product that
may have been improperly assembled could result
in serious personal injury.
 Inspect the product carefully to make sure no breakage
or damage occurred during shipping.
 Do not discard the packing material until you have
carefully inspected and satisfactorily operated the
product.
 If any parts are damaged or missing, please call
1-866-539-1710 for assistance.
WARNING:
If any parts are damaged or missing do not operate
this product until the parts are replaced. Use of
this product with damaged or missing parts could
result in serious personal injury.
WARNING:
Do not attempt to modify this product or create
accessories not recommended for use with this
product. Any such alteration or modification is
misuse and could result in a hazardous condition
leading to possible serious personal injury.
WARNING:
Do not connect to power supply until assembly
is complete. Failure to comply could result in
accidental starting and possible serious personal
injury.

TOOLS NEEDED

See Figure 3, page 13.
The following tools (not included) are needed for assembly:
 Combination Wrench (3) 17mm (x2), 13mm, and 12mm
 Phillips screwdriver
INSTALLING THE WHEELS
See Figure 4, page 13.
Wheels are provided to assist in moving the MSUV to the
desired location.
 With MSUV out of box and packaging removed, place
unit right side up on flat surface. This is the horizontal
closed position.
 Raise the end of the MSUV frame high enough to gain
access to the frame bottom; securely position props
underneath to support.
 Slide axle bolt through the wheel, washer, and then
through the holes in the MSUV frame.
 Install lock nut on bolt and tighten.
 Repeat the process on the other side to install second
wheel.
ATTACHING THE HANDLE
See Figure 5, page 13.
CAUTION:
Be careful to avoid pinching your fingers or hands
when installing the handle onto the frame.
Attach the handle on the end of the frame opposite the wheels.
 Insert handle into frame as shown.
 Align the holes in the handle with the holes in the frame.
 Insert the bolt through the holes in the handle and the
frame.
 Place acorn nut onto bolt and tighten.
 Repeat on other side.
INSTALLING THE FRAME SUPPORT
See Figure 6, page 14.
Install the frame support on the MSUV frame on the same
end as the wheels.
 Insert frame support into MSUV frame as shown.
 Align the holes in the frame support with the holes in the
MSUV frame.
 Place feet onto the MSUV frame with logo facing outward.
Align the holes in the feet with the holes in the frame and
frame support.
 Insert hex bolts through the holes in the feet so the bolts
extend up through the frame and frame support.
 Install wing nuts and tighten.
 Repeat on other side.
