INSTALLATION
3.1
Adapter arm assembly
The ARC adapter arm is designed for counterweight or spring overhead
garage doors.
To install the product correctly follow the instructions carefully
• Plug the 2 screws TE 5x45 in compartments A and screw TE 8x50
in compartment B (as shown in Picture 1) on one of the two
straight adapter arms.
• Fit metal spacers inside the plastic washers and match them to
the screws previously plugged (Picture 2 - Compartment A).
• Fit the spacer 28x12 to screw 8x50 (Picture 2 - Compartment B).
• Lay the second straight adapter arm on the spacers and fix with
washers and self-locking bolts (Picture 3).
• Fit the curved adapter arm between the 2 straight adapter arms
(Picture 4).
• Plug the remaining metal spacers inside the plastic bushes, refer to
step 2 (Picture 5).
• Lock using screws TE 5x45 and according washers and bolts (Picture 6).
