- Page 12 INSTALLATION Adapter arm assembly The ARC adapter arm is designed for counterweight or spring overhead garage doors. To install the product correctly follow the instructions carefully • Plug the 2 screws TE 5x45 in compartments A and screw TE 8x50 in compartment B (as shown in Picture 1) on one of the two straight adapter arms.
