9 Solving malfunctions and problems

10 Repairs

The Cleanflex can only be repaired by Simco Ion.
In case of problems and / or questions, please contact Simco Ion or a Simco Ion representative
in your region.
A malfunctioning or defective Cleanflex can be returned to Simco Ion for repairs by following the
following RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) procedure:
1. Fill in the Simco Ion RMA form
By entering the article number and serial number you can determine whether your
product will be repaired under warranty or if there are costs involved.
2. Return sending:
a. Pack the defective Cleanflex properly;
b. Display the RMA number;
c. Send the package to the stated return address of Simco Ion.
