7 Operational Check

During use, the LED indicator lights up green continuously. If the LED indicator continues to
flash (1x per 3 seconds) with the trigger pressed, the compressed air pressure is too low (<0.5
Bar). In this case you should increase the pressure.
Check that there are no leakages around the compressed air connections.
The Cleanflex Easy works well when enough air is blown out when the object or surface to be
cleaned is clean and completely discharged. If necessary, check this with a Simco Ion field
strength meter.

8 Maintenance

- When working on the equipment, the equipment must be voltage-free;
- Electrical installation and maintenance must be carried out by a qualified electrician.

8.1 General maintenance

- Ensure that the gun is kept clean and dry.
- Check the connection cable and compressed air hose periodically for damage.
- Clean the gun, the connection cable and the compressed air hose with a suitable cleaning
agent (e.g. isopropyl alcohol).
- Let the gun dry completely before reusing.
