Intended use
Only use the product described in this manual as follows:
• Water filtering and recirculation.
• For operation with freshwater or saltwater.
• For indoor use only.
• In compliance with the technical specifications. (→ Technical data)
The following restrictions apply to the unit:
• Never use the unit with fluids other than water.
• Never run the unit without water.
• Do not use the unit together with chemicals, food, flammable, explosive substances or other
liquids aside from water.
• Do not use for industrial purposes.
Product description
The unit draws in water from the aquarium, transports it through one or multiple foam filters,
depending on the type, followed by a bio-chamber and finally returns the clean water to the
aquarium.
Mechanical filtration with subsequent biological filtration keeps the aquarium water clean and
healthy.
For the water outlet, you can either use a Venturi outlet or a Spraybar:
• The Venturi outlet enriches the water with oxygen.
• The Spraybar generates surface movement.
