TECNO-GAZ
1. The appliance is covered by a warranty period of twelve months.
2. The warranty begins the date the machine is delivered to the client, such date must appear
on the warranty coupon, which must be properly filled in, stamped and signed by retailer
and then sent back to TECNO-GAZ.
3. In case of complains it will be considered valid the date appearing on the delivered note.
4. Repairs or replacement under warranty conditions of any components will be exclusively
carried out by TECNO-GAZ; the warranty does not cover travel expenses of personnel,
neither packaging nor transport expenses.
5. The warranty does not cover lamps, fuses, glasswork and the failure or damages caused
by wrong maintenance , negligence, unskilfulness or any other cause the manufacturer is
not to be hold responsible for.
6. Those components and equipment subjected to regular wearing out (ex. push buttons,
brushes for electric motors, jaw of the micromotor, bearing, movable parts of the
micromotor, etc.) are not covered by the warranty.
7. TECNO-GAZ does not recognize the right to have the whole machine replaced.
8. The warranty does not meet any request of indemnity for direct or indirect damages caused
to goods and persons, provoked by the inefficiency of the machine.
9. TECNO-GAZ will not admit responsibilities for failures or damages caused by the wrong
use of the product or damages caused by the omission of the ordinary maintenance or the
elementary principles for a correct maintenance (negligence).
10. TECNO-GAZ does not recognize any indemnity in case the machine is not used.
11. The warranty will be automatically declined in case the machine is tampered, repaired or
modified by the client or by third parties not been authorized by TECNO-GAZ.
12. The purchaser is compelled to contact the retailer or after-sales services centre indicated
by TECNO-GAZ for the repairing.
13. The components repaired during warranty period must be sent back to TECNO-GAZ
carriage paid.
14. In case the replaced components are not been sent back to TECNO-GAZ the purchaser
will be charged for them.
15. TECNO-GAZ does not admit restitution from final users.
16. Only the retailer or the after-sales assistance centre chosen by the user will be admitted to
sent back to TECNO-GAZ the components to be repaired according to the commercial
procedure CM-P-003 called "MANAGEMENT OF REQUEST FOR RESTITUTION,
REPAIRING,
REPLACEMENT
COMPLAINTS".
17. Components being sent back to TECNO-GAZ must be accompanied by the correct
documentation according to our internal procedures.
18. The products being sent back to TECNO-GAZ must bear attached the documentation that
authorizes the return and a note describing the failure.
19. All the components that need to be repaired must be sent to TECNO-GAZ carriage paid
and properly packed (original packaging is recommended).
